Hey yc, does that have something to do with your work place or Woot? Anyhu, I feel you never really need to be self-protective, sometimes I get stumped and ridiculed by my customers and sometimes you just feel like crying after a meeting but I always remind myself that I am here for a reason - that is the whole reason of me being here and the reason why I am still here.
But when facing with my management, I will stump them and ridicule them - just to protect my worker and I - protect our rights and protect our salary. So much so that I will be doing a lot of things behind their backs just to set things right.
So I guess, depending on the situation.
But my thought are not necessary "God-inspired", so don't persecute me =)
