Life?

CC, very sorry to hear about what happened. I can use many words to express how sorry, how much I empathise with you, how bad I feel for you, etc etc etc. But honestly speaking, I know that whatever I say, it can never measure up to the pain the person's feeling when he/she lost someone dear to him/her. But words of comfort must be said...it's part of the social etiquette which we are being taught.

But I do mean it, when I say that I'm sorry about it.

The past week has been one whole of a blur to me. Classroom visitations are finally over, with the one on Thursday being most pressured because the topic was extraordinarily hard to teach, and hard to learn. And the computer decided to throw a tantrum on me on that very day; the Powerpoint was not working. So I had to resort to using the whiteboard, luckily I was prepared. And just as my boss walked out of the room, the lightbulb suddenly went "tingg" above my head and I figured out how to rectify that Powerpoint problem. Grrr.

Today's supposed to be my appraisal, and just on this day...my boss fell sick. So appraisal had to be postponed. And I thought that I could get everything done and over it and truly enjoy my trip to the Land of Horbills tomorrow.

I haven't even packed yet.
