Just the other day I was walking along the nite market in Bangkok and I found some really really interesting wicked food. Thank God for my love of Blizzard Food channel 707, I recognize some of the stuff there.
This is lovely, spicy chicken internals ball. Love this the best. Wait a min, or is it beef.....

There you go.... I found myself not having the guts to try this out. But because of my persistent customer I decided to go for the smallest insect they have....
Cricket....taste like some super salted Potato Chip. Really good. The leg, head....everything.
Oh well, it was a fun night. No Tom Yam or Thai cooking style beef.... just pure stuff from the streets of Bangkok if you know what I mean !!!!!

i watched the programme as well, but i don't think it's bizarre food. it was some other channel 707 programme, featuring bangkok ;)
i ate the cricket onli. maggots and the rest....no thanks.
