I was trying to find my previous church last Friday which is located in Carollton, TX. I used to attend the services at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship for about 14 months (2005-2006).
Little that I know that the company next to the church is named Woot!
Of course at that time (2004-2006) I was not inducted into the Wooters yet. It was in summer 2006 when I came back to Malaysia for a brief holiday that I was introduced to WOOT and had a prolonged and deeper fellowship with the group in 2007.
So...When my eyes caught the name Woot! last Friday.... I was like... what?
It could not be a coincidence!
This Sunday, right after church (BTW, I attend a different church now), I decided to travel there just to take some pictures and share the discovery with the Woot-ers.
And for some strange reason, one of the employees just happened to be there. So I had the privilege to interview him a bit...
Apparently Woot! is an internet retailer company. Check out their website: http://www.woot.com/
The guy told me that this company was founded in 2004. If I remembered correctly, CC told me that Woot fellowship was started some time in 2004 as well.
Could not be a coincidence!
Anyway...
So keep shining for Him, Wooters!
