Streaming youtube while pretending typing away on some crazy financial report, drinking really bad coffee while imagining that is what a good coffee supposed to taste like and making phone call to mock SH while giving away the impression that your biggest customer is on the other end of the line. WORKING IN THE OFFICE
Calculated per annual
Office rental = MYR 20,000
Utilities = MYR 6000
Lunch/coffee = MYR 3000
Internet fees = MYR 5016 (cooperate rate, MYR 418/month)
Total = MYR 34016/yr
WORKING IN STARBUCKS - ASSUMING 8 hours/day, 20 days a month
3 cups of coffee of the day = MYR 25.00 (1 cup every 4 hours)
2 sets of Sandwich = MYR 40.00 (1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch)
Total = MYR 65.00/day
Assuming 20 working days, = MYR 15600/yr
That is more than 50% saving and in return, a better environment, quality food (for some), great comfortable chair and the best.... new colleague everyday.
