Internet Connection

Yesterday was Wednesday to most people but it was Miserable for me. I forgot to pay my Streamyx bill and those ........ "nice people" working in TM decided to cut off my line. Yes, it is my fault but I could not understand why sometimes I can get away with 3 months not paying and just receive a reminder letter but this time I am late just 3 days. So inefficient and inconsistent. TMNET BOLEH!!! So I went and pay my outstanding but still could not connect to the internet. So when I called up those ...... "nice people" working in TM, the first thing they said was "Sir, we are experiencing some technical problem around Klang area", harlow..... Klang area and Porky Klang is two different area okay. So few min later, I called them up again, the next person said "Sir, you need to wait 24hours before we can activate you account" and better still, when I called up the third time, the third person said " Sir, can you please switch off you modem for 30 sec then plug off your router and connet it directly........." Oh maybe you want me to reformat my computer as well huh??? Same inconsistent and inefficient company but different way of brushing customers away. But it was finally sorted out. Living without internet connection is exactly hell. No other words to describe. But anyway, just want to ask what are the URLs that you have to visit everyday without fail and before work? For me, I need to go www.thestar.com.my and MalaysiaToday to get some news, then www.cnn.com for some American news, then Facebook, lol, to get busy-body, then Soccernet, to see if Badawi would buy over Liverpool and renamed the motto "You never walk alone" to "LIVERPOOL BOLEH!!!". Oh yeah and not forgetting this blog. Cheers!
