I was doing some bible studies with the youth recently and decided to stop by Joseph's life. We somehow concluded 4 pressures in his life that seem so unreal.
1) Betrayed by his own brothers
2) Continuous temptation by an extremely tempting source yet did not succumb to it
3) Punished for doing what is right
4) Forgotten by everyone
Our studies will continue next week but if it was not for God, I seriously doubt anyone could survive those extreme situations. This reminds me one important point, being a "christian" is not about knowing what is right and wrong, but actually doing it. Executing the right measures even if the task may calls for an exception.
ps: i actually type this note few days ago in an airport but put it on hibernation because the flight arrived early, anyway, now that I have the resources to post it up, I realize ky just made a life changing post below. I want to say congrats to you and yc and this post is in no way trying to undermind your post.
