A Christmas Present

I love books. Therefore, I have this RSS feed which keeps me updated on new books and I would go through the list regularly to see which titles are of interest to me. Today, I found a review from The Star Online about a book which could be the Christmas gift that we are all looking for our non-Christian friends. Well, of course, this gift is perfect provided that the recipient of the gift likes to read and has been chosen by God to receive His grace.

An excerpt from the review mentioned above goes like this:
As a gift, The Purpose of Christmas would be best suited as a gentle reminder for Christians whose faith in Christmas has wavered due to the stress put on their body, soul, and pocket by the season’s demands; or for non-Christians who are not dogmatic about their own religion and who are open to learning about other faiths; and for those who are on the fence, as it were, as Warren’s writing is quite theological and somewhat evangelical.
