Less Than 24 Hours To The New Year

It's less than 24 hours away. We'll be waving good-bye to 2006 and welcome in 2007, countdown to the new year, make our resolutions (maybe not everyone, but at least I will) and be determined to make this new year a better one, at least for WOOT.

This past year we've seen ourselves growing and maturing. We've got a new WOOT-er, Ryan, and we've also had Chee Hoe with us before he left for Australia. It's good to see the group grow in numbers, and deep down inside I'm sure everyone hopes that the group grows not only in numbers, but also in strength and faith as well. Have we done that? I can't say for all, but whatever the answer that's in your mind, let's hope that we'll learn from that (as KH said in the previous post) and see how we can go about it from there next year.

2007 signifies a few changes that we know is for here to stay. I'm not quite sure what's Leonie and YWeng's plans yet, but Ryan will be leaving in February. Anyone else bidding good-bye? WOOT will no longer be the old WOOT with 3 times makan and 1 time bible study in a month. I'll have to change the password for this blog soon, because it doesn't seem right and fair to have that first digit for the password (those of you who actually remembers it will know what I'm talking about).

Whatever it is, change is inevitable. The least we can do is try to make the best out of it. Let's step out of our comfort zone and welcome these changes, together with its challenges, and make WOOT a memory worth remembering this new year, this new beginning.

Happy New Year to everyone.
