New Year, New Begining

its already been 1 week in the year 2007 and everything will start afresh as we reflect on the things that we have done the pass year and now we put our heart to God and be encourage to grow more and more like Jesus Christ.

Everyone have struggles this time around, thinking of what can we accomplish for this new year and what's your new year resolution this and that! as for me there's really a lot of things that i need to do cause i've extra commitment in church! so what can i do this year? seriously i did not really think about that and did not really plan what i am going to do! the only thing that is in my mind right now is whether to continue to work with my present company or move on to a new job where i need to start over again... am i going to pursue the things that i would like to do? and on top of that family is also presuring me to get a partner namely my grandparents! haha.. who doesn't face this problem! haha... these questions have been in my head for quite sometime since the new year.. and as i ponder about these questions.. 2 bible verse came to my mind Proverbs 3:5, 6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight." Matthew 6:33, 34 "Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. each day have enough trouble of its own." so what do i need to do as these 2 verse are revealed to me? i have to lay my plans to God, claim onto His promises and pray to God and ask Him to guide me through out this year! hope this testimony can be an encouragement to you.

anyway... what will be your resolution for this year? just a question to get the blog going... cause its been quiet for a while... the only resolution that i can think about is to continue to learn and grow in the Lord... i'll have to find time to really seek God in the things that i need to do...

Happy new year to all of you and hopefully we continue in a close walking relationship with God
